This is the first international branch of the Turkish grill and it is proving to be as popular as ever. Nusret is a favourite in Dubai and getting a table can be tricky. Much of the restaurant’s pull comes down to its titular butcher and meat specialist, Nusr-et Gökçe, and who has a rigorous process of selecting, cutting, preparing and serving its meat.
